Form Follows Identity.
Offered as clinically grounded psychological practice, art therapy provides structured space for reflection, emotional processing and identity work through visual and verbal methods.
The focus is clarity, stability and alignment - particularly during periods of pressure, transition or internal conflict.
Image-Making as Psychological Exploration
Visual expression often reveals patterns that are difficult to access through language alone. In session, images are not evaluated aesthetically, they are explored as material for reflection and understanding.

My background in strategic and creative leadership with international brands adds a solid understanding of organizational dynamics, leadership pressure and corporate environments, particularly for women in high-responsibility roles.

Creative Expression is used as psychological material rather than aesthetic output. Images and dialogue are combined to explore perception, emotion and recurring patterns, with the aim of increasing reflection, regulation and a clearer sense of self and position.

FAQs:
Do I need artistic talent?
No. Artistic skill is neither required nor relevant. The focus is not on producing artwork, but on using visual material as a tool for understanding thoughts, emotions and patterns.
What can I expect in a session?
Sessions combine image-making and guided dialogue. We explore the material that emerges and connect it to current experiences, relationships and decision-making. The pace and depth are adjusted to your situation.
How is this different from coaching?
Coaching typically focuses on performance, goal-setting and forward strategy. Art therapy works at a deeper psychological level. It addresses emotional processes, identity questions and internal dynamics that influence decisions and behaviour.
